Dear BCW committee,

Since I have not received any response to the emails I have sent you, I now here ask a few questions about the e-posters:

1. What format are the posters supposed to be in? Portrait or landscape? And what size will be the displays?
2. When and where exactly will the posters be presented that are not chosen for the « my research in 180 seconds » sessions?
3. I assume people participating at both BCW and OHBM can present different posters at the two conferences, is this correct?

Unfortunately, I could not find this information on the website, so I would be very grateful if you could answer these for me (and I would recommend to also put make this information easily accessible on the BCW website(s), as other people might have the same questions).

  Thank you for your message, and please accept our apologies for the delay in responding.
  
  Please find below the information regarding the e-posters:
  
  1. Format and display:
  The poster format is free, but please note that all posters will be presented electronically.
  
  2. Poster presentations:
  In line with the BCW philosophy, we strongly emphasize discussion and interaction. Each selected e-poster will have a short oral presentation of 180 seconds (“My Research in 180 Seconds” format 😊).
  
  In addition, e-posters will also be presented individually in dedicated oral sessions organized between the main sessions. A limited number of e-posters (approximately 5 per day) will be selected for these presentations.
  
  As an incentive, participants whose e-posters are selected will receive a prize corresponding to their registration fee.
  
  3. BCW and OHBM:
  Yes, participants attending both BCW and OHBM are welcome to present different posters at each conference.
  
  Thank you also for your helpful suggestion regarding the website—we will make sure to improve the accessibility of this information.
