Any request to cancel registration for the Brain Connectivity Workshop 2026
must be made in writing and sent to the following address: recherche@unimes.fr no later than one week (7 days) before the opening date of the scientific event.
Requests made after the opening date of the event will not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of force majeure duly justified (hospitalization, serious accident, death of a parent or spouse, or death of a child or sibling).

serious accident, death of the participant or a first-degree relative, serious disaster at home).
In the event of a no-show without prior notification, no refund will be granted.

In the event of cancellation within 6 days prior to the conference or on the day itself, the registration fees will not be refunded.
Any refunds will be processed after the conference has ended.
